Terms & Returns

We try and keep things simple.

We want you to...
1. buy from us
2. get the barbecue you want in perfect condition
3. be delighted with us, and
4. tell all your friends.

We do everything (well most things) we can to achieve this. We have been known to decline - like the request to fly to Aberdeen, drive for two hours and personally deliver a BBQ because the carriers failed to deliver for a certain event that no one had been told about.

Privacy statement.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. When you place your order your personal details are saved encrypted on our secure server, and will be deleted once the information has been downloaded.
We will not disclose your details (except delivery address and phone number) to anyone else.

Delivery

All goods are assumed in stock and ready for despatch. If not we will advise you and you will have the option of cancelling your order. We do not deliver personally but entrust a number of postal, carrier and haulage companies. Delivery dates given in good faith by us, but are beyond our control once we entrust the delivery to others. We will of course do our utmost to influence them!

Refunds and returns

If any item is damaged or faulty when it arrives we will replace it free of charge.
If the goods are returned for any reason other than being faulty, the return postage will have to be paid by you the customer, which we could arrange on your behalf. Also a nominal 10% handling charge will apply. Please contact us first for an authorisation otherwise it could cause confusion and delays.

Our liability is limited to replacement or refund.

Variations & improvements

Products are constantly being improved by the manufacturers. Specifications may change without notice. Photographs are not to scale. Variations from the pictures and written details could and do happen.

The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any contract with ProBBQ Ltd is under the jurisdiction of English law.
