Bradley Smoker with digital programming to control the cabinet temperature, the cooking time, plus a separate control for the length of smoking time.

The front exterior has a painted brushed stainless steel look, the internal surfaces are in stainless steel. As with the Original Bradley Smoker the cabinets are insulated.

The smokers use the automatic Bradley Bisquette feed system, are supplied with a recipe book and cooking instructions, maintenance and operating manual, and are covered by a one year warranty.
