Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for most orders to UK mainland destinations, however, extra charges may apply on some special products or destinations including offshore islands and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands. We will contact you if any of these are the case.
Delivery address
When you go through to checkout you will be given the option to specify a separate delivery address to that of the billing.
Delivery time
Once your order is placed we send out a confirmation email, providing you have correctly entered in your contact details. The email will contain your order reference number and confirmation of payment received. We endeavour to deliver within 7 working days. If we are unable to deliver within this time we will contact you with the anticipated delivery date. Those located on offshore or remote mainland areas are those most likely to require a Delivery date extension and/or extra charges, if you feel you may be located in such an area, please contact our customer service team first for specialised advice.
Returns
If any item is damaged or faulty when it arrives we will replace it free of charge.
If the goods are returned for any reason other than being faulty, the return postage will have to be paid by you the customer, and a nominal 10% handling charge will apply. The goods must be still in the original packaging and in the same condition they were, when shipped out.
Please email us first to obtain a returns code which will need to be attached to the product being returned.
Our liability is limited to replacement or refund.
